We act as an independent contractor and manage our client relations, contract executions, and financial operations exclusively through the Upwork platform. 5. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Sharing
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Upwork Global Inc. (for contract and payment management) and Zoho Corporation (for CRM infrastructure). All interactions on our website are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell your personal data. We engage the following third-party processors and tools, each operating under their own privacy policies:

6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in Zoho Mail for a maximum of 12 months, unless a business relationship is established
If a client relationship begins via Upwork, data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus 3 years for legitimate business records
Cookie consent records (Cookiebot) are retained for 12 months per consent event
Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 account settings, after which it is automatically deleted
Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmap data are retained for 13 months per Clarity’s default retention policy
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools store aggregated, non-personal search performance data per their own retention schedules; we do not control this retention
7. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA & UK Residents)

Some of our third-party providers (Upwork, Cloudflare, Zoho, Google, Microsoft) are based in or process data in the United States. Such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including:

10. No Direct Payments
Retarga Agency does not collect, process, or store any financial transactions, credit card data, or direct payments on retarga.org. All financial milestones, invoicing, and contract payments are handled securely and exclusively via the Upwork escrow system.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption (via Cloudflare), restricted access to contact form data, and use of reputable third-party processors with their own security certifications. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
12. Cookies & Consent Management
We use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent in compliance with the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. Non-essential cookies — including those set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — are only placed after you provide explicit consent via the cookie banner.
